The University of Sussex ranks #1 in the world for Development Studies in the recently published QS World University Rankings by Subject 2017.
The QS World University Rankings compare institutions across 46 subjects, considering academic reputation, employer reputation, student-to-faculty ratio, citations per faculty and international faculty and student ratios. In overall rankings, the University of Sussex ranks an impressive 29th in the UK, 84th in Europe and 187th in the world.
Surpassing Harvard, the University of Sussex regains the top placement for Development Studies for 2017. Sussex has ranked in the top two for three consecutive years.
