English language* | Academic IELTS 5.5 overall with no less than 5.0 in writing (4.5 with the condition of Language Lift, 6-week course alongside their other modules, at extra cost) and no less than 4.5 for other skills* |

Age | Applicants must turn 18 by the 1st September of the year they are due to complete their ISC course and progress |
Nationality | Only available to international (non-UK and non-EU students) |
Additional requirements | Engineering route students: evidence of Grade B A-level Maths (or equivalent) |
*If you do not need a Student visa, or are exempted in another way, we can accept equivalent proof of English.
If you are applying to study in the UK under the Student visa route it may be necessary for you to submit a Secure English Language Test (SELT) as part of your visa application.

You can start your studies with a UKVI approved Secure English Language Test (SELT), provided you have met all the programme entry requirements.
The test results must have been achieved in the past 24 months and meet the minimum English equivalency score for your chosen programme.

You will need to obtain a SELT with the required minimum score to make a Student Visa application in order to come to campus.

Brazil | Certificado de Ensino Médio 7.5 with relevant subjects at 7.5 or above OR 4000 in ENEM. |
Brunei | 52 UCAS Points. |
Cambodia | Diploma of Upper Secondary school : 5 subjects minimum grade B. |
China | SH3 : 75% in 4 or more subjects including relevant subjects Or SH2 : 70% or above in 4 or more subjects plus 1 year of further year of study with a pass Or Year 12 (SH3): 70%. |
Colombia | Bachillerato 75% with relevant subjects at 75% or above. |
Ecuador | Titulo de Bachiller En Ciencias 8.5 with relevant subjects at 8.0 or above. |
Egypt | Year 12 (GSEC): 75% overall and 50% in relevant subjects. |
Ghana | Successful completion of the West African Higher School Certificate (WAEC) and Ghanaian A Level and evidence of further study. |
Hong Kong | HKDSE: 3,3,2 - all subjects accepted. |
India | Year 12 (HSC): 50% overall (Note: 50% in relevant subjects required, can be taken from any year from Year 11 or Year 12). |
Indonesia | SMU3 grade 7.5 (5 relevant subjects required) or 1st year of university study with grade 2.0 and above |
Iran | Completed 2 years Kardani with 13/20 OR 1 year towards Kardani at 14/20 and work experience. |
Japan | High School Leaving Certificate with GPA 3.5 (If lower than GPA 3.5, evidence of one year of further study will be considered) |
Jordan | Thanwiyah Amma scores of 90%+ overall and 70% in relevant subjects or Thanawiya Amma 70% overall and 50% in relevant subjects plus successful completion of 1 year of further study (Community College Certificate/Diploma/General Vocational Secondry Education Certificate). |
Kazakhstan | Certificate of Secondary Education with grade 4 & 5 across all subjects |
Kenya | Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE): grades A – C+ in 5 or more subjects, including relevant subjects. |
Korea | Successful completion of SH3 with a grade average of 4 with at least 4th grade in relevant/prerequisite subjects |
Lebanon | Baccalaureate - minimum 12 points inc relevant subjects and further year of study. |
Libya | Successful completion Secondary Education Certificate with average of 80% or above plus evidence of further study post completion of secondary school. |
Macau | Cambridge Overseas Higher School Cert A-E (COHSC), part study of Diploma, Higher Diploma or Associate degree. |
Mexico | Bachillerato 90% or 75% + 1 year of Higher Education with a pass. |
Moldova | Attestat/11th grade min GPA 9.0. |
Morocco | Diplôme du Baccalauréat with grade average of 12. |
Myanmar | Basic Education High school Matriculation with minimum of 70% achieved overall, including 60% in 5 relevant subjects. If further year taken can include GAC - GPA 2.00. |
Nigeria | Successful completion of West African School Certificate (WASSCE) or Senior School Certificate with average grades of A-C or 1-6 in 5 or more subjects. Plus evidence of further study. |
Pakistan | Year 12 (HSC/ Intermediate certificate(Part I & II))): 65% overall or (Note: 50% in relevant subjects required. For Engineering - Physics accepted at Grade 11. Maths grade 60% required at Year 12 for Engineering). |
Paraguay | Bachillerato Overall Average Minimum Grade 3.5/5.0. |
Peru | Secundaria Común Completa – GPA “AD” with “A” in Math for related subjects. |
Qatar | High School Certificate 85% in relevant subjects plus 1 further year of study. |
Russia | Attestat with minimum GPA 4.0 plus successful completion of 1 further year of study with GPA of 3.0. |
Saudi Arabia | General Secondary Education Certificate Tawjihiya 80% plus further year of study. |
Taiwan | SH3 (75%) or Senior High 3 (65%) + 1 year of further study GSAT - 40 from 4 relevant subjects Vocational High School Year 3: (75%) or Year 3 (65%) + 1 year of further Study. |
Thailand | High School certificate (MAW6) GPA 2.75 or GPA 2.0 + 1 year further study. |
Turkey | Successful completion of Devlet Lise Diploması (High School Completion) - 70% overall. |
